Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital PDF products

Because PDF files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download links have been sent. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or was never delivered, contact us and we will resend it or refund the amount.

Printed + Digital combo

• Cancellation is possible before the parcel is dispatched — email us with your order number.
• Damaged or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and we will send a replacement or refund.
• Printed books are not accepted back once used, marked or opened without damage.

Failed and duplicate payments

If an amount is deducted but no order is confirmed, it is auto-reversed by the bank within 5-7 working days. Duplicate charges are refunded in full once verified.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of approval. Email us with your order number to raise a request.
